Shipping

Why is shipping so high?

We use a chemical foam in place system to secure all large items, mostly new packing materials, and have 3 full time staff to properly pack and ship your order as well as office staff. For a small company, this costs a lot. Please consider this when leaving feedback and seller ratings.

We will email you with any available tracking information, usually the afternoon after your order ships. This is done by hand and takes time. We use a multiple warehouse system to store our inventory and consignments and do our best to transfer your order(s) to our ship center within a 2 business day period, as such, it can take up to five business days for your item to ship after receiving payment. We do try our very best to make it faster and stay in contact if there is a delay, however, It is not uncommon for an Item to take up to 10 business days to reach you from the time we receive payment (international shipments can take a little longer). ALL payments are processed for fulfillment on the next business day. Please understand that if our ship center ships via USPS, the item will have a delivery confirmation number which can be used to track your order. Most items are shipped through FedEx ground, with a tracking number and automatic claim protection.

International Shipping

Please check shipping costs before you buy. We will happily ship internationally, However, PLEASE understand... The USPS no longer offers "Slow, Economy, Surface or Parcel post" as international shipping options. Unless requested otherwise, the cheapest option offered will be quoted which is most often first class mail international.

Most International shipments do not have "tracking" numbers, only customs form numbers which are not useful for online tracking

Returns

The overwhelming majority of what we sell is surplus bought from large companies or governments.

Please understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. We describe each item as best we can. Unless otherwise stated, ALL items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final and legally binding.

If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability. All items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer questions in a timely manner.

If you feel we have grossly mis-described an item, an RMA can be requested. If you are issued an RMA then once the item has been returned and checked by our staff, we will either send a replacement or refund the purchase price of the item. S&H is non-refundable. Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

Communications

Please give at least 48 hours (starting the morning of the next business day) for us to respond to questions. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours from the next business day, please check your SPAM and trash folders, we do try our best to stay on top of it.

We're open weekdays, 9-5 Eastern, except for closed holidays, tornados and giant lizard attacks. We have families and enjoy natural light, the internet may run 24/7 but we do not.
