Conducting Tips for use on QIAGEN BioRobot Systems

The enclosed product is on ly to be used with BioRobot 9600, 3000, and 8000 instruments that have
QIAsoft version 1.4 or higher, or have been modified through a software patch or service visit from
QIAGEN Instrumentation Support.
Conducting disposable tips provide cross-contamination free pipetting for sensitive applications such
as PCR setup. The tips are made of conducting material, allowing the liquid-handling system to sense
when the tip has come into contact with the surface of the liquid. The position of the tip is adjusted
according to the liquid surface for accurate volume measurement. Disposable troughs allow all
pipetting probes to access the same liquid simultaneously. This multiple-channel liquid transfer
reduces the number of pipetting steps for shorter run times.

Shipping & Handling

- Orders ship between 2 to 5 business days after payment is made. We can not control shipment times after we ship.
- Most items are shipped through FedEx Ground, with a tracking number and automatic claim protection.
- If our ship center ships via USPS, the item will have a delivery confirmation number which can be used to track your order.
